I took my Silverado into Perfect Performance for new tires this week. They gave me low, medium and high price choices and quoted balancing and alignment. I picked the premium tires and they installed them in 2 hours. After the alignment tests they didn't charge me since no adjustments were needed. I would definitely recommend them for new tires. 5 stars.

Got my 4Runner aligned at Mavis in Roswell. The tech did not exactly exude competence and my vehicle's "pull" was more pronounced when I left the shop. Went to Perfect Performance the next day after being referred there by a local independent mechanic and had it aligned. They found significant issues with the alignment done by Mavis. Long story short, my vehicle tracked perfectly afterwards. Nice to find a good front-end shop.

They patched and fixed my tire super fast and amazing customer service! Highly recommended will definitely be back with all my auto needs.

Ken and his Team are the best! After two attempts to get my car's tires balanced at the dealer I went where I should have gone the first time- Perfect Performance and I drove out of there with the best ride I have had in a long time. Perfection. Kudo's to them for their extremely honest and totally capable car care !

I have been going to Perfect Performance for 10 years. It's specialty retail done right. They know who you are as their customer, are incredibly accommodating and have the best stuff at competitive prices. Frankly, I could care less about the prices because they execute flawlessly which is what counts. Grade A shop!
